The Best Gift for Your Mind and Body


Celebrating December Well means reconnecting to your body and heart when your head is frazzled with last-minute to-do's. Your brain will tell you you don't have time to stop right now. There is so much to do!


One of the main jobs of your brain is to seek and find problems to solve. Relying on your brain to get through the holidays drains your energy. Your body and heart want you to pause to Be Well Now. They know this is the best gift you could give your whole person right now.


If your brain is telling you there is too much to do and not enough time to do it, know it only takes a moment to shift your cells back to the well state. In the video below, I lead you through a mindful movement meditation that anyone can do. You dont need a lot of time, to be good at mindfulness, be a seasoned meditator, or put on yoga pants to do this. You only need the desire to Be Well Now.


This is the best gift you can give your mind and body. You can do this lying in bed, standing up, lying on the floor, or sitting in a chair. I hope you enjoy this chance to clear your mind and body and the gift of celebrating well.
