How can we have stress-free holidays? It starts by distinguishing between stress and stressors.
When we say we have too much stress, we really mean that we have too many stressors.
Stress is the state of your body and brain, stressors are the internal or external things that activate that state.
We do have many stressors, especially this time of year.
It's helpful to make the distinction between the state and the stressors.
The stressors don't have to go away for you to Be Well Now.
You only need to know how to shift your cells back to the Well State.
