While many exercise programs start with stressful intensity, Exercising Well starts with being well now. 

​

When you join a year of Exercising Well we start by restoring your Root Mindsets and Movements, so you start well, not stressed.  Those roots grow into sustainable habits for mobility, strength and stamina to do what you love with those you love. 

​

Then you get 10 coaching sessions to use over a year, unlimited online program access, and personalized professional support that allows you to continue to be well as you grow stronger.

Habits for Whole-person health

Grow Well

Throughout the year together, you to learn how to adjust your movement and routines through the natural changes in your body and life, so you can continue to Be Well Now while growing stronger.

The end result is confidence you know how to adjust, rather than stop, so exercise becomes a resource for growing stronger, whole-person health with each passing year.

Exercising Well

The Restore and Strengthen phases are the focus of your Exercising Well Membership through:

• 10 private coaching sessions strategically spaced across a year
• Full access to the online programs and exercise library
• Support between sessions through messaging

The sessions are intentionally spaced so that changes can develop gradually and sustainably in real life.
