Gradual is Powerful
Exercising Well includes eight coaching sessions strategically spread out over six months.
Through online individual coaching sessions with a clinical exercise physiologist and step-by-step online programs specifically developed for people living with pain or other symptoms that limit the ability to do typical approaches to exercise. You gradually restore mobility, strength, and stamina without adding to pain or fear of pain.

Don't wait to be well
Ready for a not-so-typical start to exercising? One that does not leave you in more pain, exhausted, and worried you are making things worse?

At Exercising Well you start by restoring your Root Movements and Mindsets that allow you to Be Well Now through a seven-step online program and weekly online coaching sessions.
​
Its from that strong, safe and stable foundation that you start growing your mobility, strength and stamina to do more of what you love with those you love.
When you start well you grow well
With a strong foundation in place, you grow your Root Movements and Mindset into habits that gradually restore mobility, strength, and stamina in a way that reduces pain and stress while growing self-motivation skills.
Coaching sessions start to reduce in frequency as you gain confidence in your skills. Typically, once a month during this step, but you get to decide how to use your coaching sessions. ​
By the end of this step, you have grown greater confidence that you can use exercise to support your healing and health. ​

Grow Well
Growing well means having flexible habits
Just like a tree needs to adapt to changing conditions to continue to grow and produce fruit, your habits need to be flexible for changes in your body and life.

The Grow Well step is an ongoing step. In your final coaching sessions, we practice learning from what gets in the way, so you know how to adjust, not stop, so exercise can continually supports your healing and health.

You move from the Exercising Well program knowing how to move well and adjust so you can Be Well Now, even through the storms of life.
